SHIPPING
Delivery time can take between 1-3 days depending on time of the order and your location or you can collect your order from your nearest store. Delivery is by refrigerated courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Email or text notification of delivery are provided with approximate delivery times.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Unless the items are delivered opened or in a damaged state, no returns or refunds are allowed. If requesting a refund simply upload a photo of the product along with your account number and contact details. You can request a refund in your account section of our website or by email. All claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
