Here are some common questions about selling with Onnero
How do fees work on Onnero?
Your sellers fees are deducted from the daily settlements paid directly to you bank account each day. The monthly app & platform subscription is charged to your credit or debit card on the anniversary of your commencement date each month. For instance, if you sign up on the 9th of November, you’ll be charged on the 9th day of each month (unless otherwise agreed) and the seller’s fee 9% (commission) is automatically deducted before processing the payments for sales to your bank account each day.
What do I need to do to start?
Simply answer a few questions about your business so we can check if we can help you and then have a quick chat with one of our Category Managers. Once we’ve agreed we can help you, then we’ll schedule a time with our onboarding team, create an Onnero account (if you don’t already have one), create your product and company pages and introduce you to your Customer Success Specialist and Category Marketing Specialist to help you get the very best results possible from our platform.
How does outsourcing our sales and marketing to Onnero work?
Onnero offers comprehensive marketing, sales, storage, pick, pack and delivery solutions. One example is the food manufacturing industry where we provide a complete direct to the customer delivery solution for packaged, chilled and frozen foods. This enables the food manufacturer to reach millions of consumers and businesses that haven’t traditionally purchased online from multiple manufacturers due to the difficulty in buying small orders from many different suppliers. How do I get paid?
All payments are processed using Stripe. Onnero & Stripe have automated the payments, less the commission, to you on a daily basis. We can even help you set up virtual cards to pay suppliers on our platform, staff, freight costs or expenses to make your life even easier. Our platform also handles all the taxes, invoicing and shipping documentation, inventory management and much more. We also have innovative and secure payment solutions for international sales so that you get paid before you ship. No more Letters of Credit, expensive international credit insurance or financing required. Onnero provides a platform for manufacturers to sell their products to consumers and businesses worldwide. There are many services that can also be sold via our platform. There are some products and markets that are excluded such as certain adult products, arms and weapons and a small number of excluded countries. Products such as alcohol may also be restricted in some markets and may require a license before they can be sold online.
