Specific Qualities & Experience Needed

• Ability to create and implement all aspects of marketing from digital to PR and brand relating to a specific product category.
• Bring together a united vision and focus to the team through great leadership and vision.
• Manage a team of marketing people working on campaigns and brand initiatives
• Category strategy, including liaising with manufacturers to help drive growth across multiple markets and geographies
• Planning and execution of all category relevant communications and media actions on all channels
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• You know your way around a CRM
• Big creative thinking and out of the box ideas that get executed is what inspires you.
• Want to work in a team where speed and agility is valued over bureaucracy and road blocks.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing 
• Experience managing team members, agencies and contractors
• A Passionate, Energetic and Hardworking Personality
• Entrepreneurial spirit – think like and owner
